These Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms of Use”) apply to the Patton & Buller PLLC web site located at www.pattonbuller.com and all associated sites linked thereto, including affiliated websites and any subsidiaries (collectively the “Site” or “SITE”).


The Site is the property of Patton & Buller PLLC (the “Firm”).

Patton & Buller PLLC is headquartered in Boise, Idaho. Although the Site is accessible worldwide, the legal services offered are limited to within the jurisdiction of the State of Idaho and certain limited federal jurisdictions under the United States. 15. Severability

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms of Use shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of these Terms of Use all of which shall remain in full force and effect.
